The planner will meet with you to understand what you are looking for, and then create your dream wedding. This package begins up to a year before the couple gets married.

-Monthly check-ins to ensure timeline is on schedule.

-Face-to-face design meeting to go over all details of the wedding.

-Assist with wedding décor, and overall wedding vison.

-Schedule & attend meetings with all prudent vendors.

-Negotiate vendor contract, and contract review.

-Creating a detailed timeline for events for the wedding day.

-Vendor recommendations and scheduling of vendor meetings.

-Face-to-face design meeting to go over all details of the wedding.

-Vendor’s main point of contact. Communicating to all vendors to confirm arrival, delivery, and pick-up times.

-Oversee ceremony and reception set-up.

-Floor Plan assistance.

-Webpage creation.

-Registry assistance and set up.

-Photography shot list assistance.

-Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors.

-Collecting personal wedding gifts and personal belongings for the bridal party to take home.

Partial Wedding Planning

This option is for couples that are looking for peace of mind and guidance through the wedding process. This option is for couples that have made most of the wedding preparations themselves. This package begins 5-6 months before the wedding day
